Our apartments span Drumcondra, Point Village, the Georgian Quarter, North Wall and Dublin city centre. Our Drumcondra apartments are ideally placed for Dublin City University, while our Georgian Quarter and city centre apartments are within walking distance of Trinity College Dublin. Our Point Village and North Wall apartments are a short Luas ride from the city centre and Trinity, and University College Dublin is accessible from all our locations by bus or a short journey.

All bills are included in our rates - utilities, Wi-Fi, weekly housekeeping and linen are all covered in one monthly price. There are no hidden extras. Our rates are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

It really depends on the size, amenities and location of the apartment. While 1-bed apartments start from €1,350 per week, larger apartments in prime Dublin neighbourhoods can command significantly higher rates. Let us know what your budget is, and we'll guide you through your best options.

Our standard minimum stay is 30 nights, which makes us a strong fit for semester stays, exchange programmes, summer schools and full academic years. Our average student length of stay is between 4 and 9 months.

Our Dublin apartments are concentrated across Drumcondra, Point Village, the Georgian Quarter, North Wall and the city centre. These neighbourhoods offer the best access to Dublin's major universities, plus the city's best dining, culture, music and nightlife.

Yes - many of our Dublin bookings are made by parents. Select Parent or guardian as your purpose of stay when enquiring and our team will guide you through the process. We do not require an Irish guarantor, proof of income, or credit checks - and payments can be split into up to four instalments.

No. Unlike traditional Dublin rental contracts, we don't require an Irish guarantor, proof of income, or an Irish credit history. This makes us a particularly strong option for international students, exchange students and visiting scholars who don't have established Irish financial records.

Yes. All Student Luxe apartments come fully furnished with hotel-standard bedding and linen, fully-equipped kitchens with pots, pans, cutlery and glassware, and everything you need to move straight in. Just bring yourself.

Yes. Weekly housekeeping is included with every Student Luxe stay, covering cleaning, fresh linen for the bedroom and fresh towels and toiletries for the bathroom. At some of our most high-end residences, it is every 2-3 days.

If you cancel less than 30 days before your check-in date, the first 90 days of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel after checking in, the break clause applies from the 90th night onwards - up to 28 nights' rent may be chargeable. If you're unsure, just ask us and we'll walk you through it. Building-specific cancellation policies may apply - we will always guide you through this and discuss your options.

Some apartments require a security deposit and some do not - this will be confirmed during your conversations with our reservations team. Where a deposit is required, it is managed by an independent third party (usually an independent escrow service).
