Not at all, everyone is welcome. Whilst we started out hosting affluent students looking for more space and flexibility than traditional accommodation options - our offering today expands to working professionals and corporate clients seeking luxury apartments for their extended stays.

Online booking is not available for our apartments - please enquire to get a tailored, preferential rate for your length of stay.

Yes. Our maid cleaning service is included with every Student Luxe stay (unless you have asked for this to be removed from your booking).
This includes fresh linen for the bedroom, towels and toiletries for the bathroom.

Whilst there is no blanket minimum stay, we do operate to some guidelines depending on seasonality:
Outside of summer - 21 nights. This is subject to availability, with longer stays enjoying the better rates advertised on our website.
During summer - 2 months (we make specific allowances for LSE Summer School).
Our average length of stay is between 6-9 months.

The prices are per apartment. We offer free dual occupancy depending on apartment type.
For example - a studio apartment can sleep a maximum of 2 guests. A two bedroom apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 guests, etc.

If you decide to cancel less than 30 days before your check-in date, the first 90 days of the reservation will be charged.
If you decide to cancel after youβve already checked-in, then the break clause is valid from the 90th night onwards, so up to 28 nights' rent will be chargeable.

No - nor do we need the entire payment for the duration of your stay up front. We appreciate that many of our guests are not from the UK, so we do not require guarantors or credit checks. Payments can be split into 1,2,3 or 4 instalments.

Yes. Hotel-standard bedding is provided. If you would like to bring your own let us know and we can make special arrangements.

All bills are included in our rates. There are no extras - like utilities or council tax to pay.
In some cities - (like Lisbon, for example), a small city tax applies that every visitor or tourist has to pay. We absorb this into our rates for you.

Yes and no. Some of our apartments require a security deposit, and some donβt. This will be clarified during your conversations with one of our reservations team.
If there is a deposit to pay, it is managed by a third party (usually the DPS).

Yes. All of our apartments come fully furnished, with fully-equipped kitchens. They have all the necessary pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, etc that you might need.

It depends. While yes some Student Luxe apartments have air conditioning, many do not. In London, for example, itβs not very common for apartments to include AC, as most buildings are designed to retain heat rather than cool air. If air conditioning is essential for you, please mention this when making your enquiry to avoid disappointment.
