Belgravia suits those who want central London at its calmest. It's a favourite with diplomats, relocating professionals and families drawn to its garden squares, security and discretion — as well as affluent students and academics at nearby Imperial, the RCA and LSE who want something more refined than halls.

If you value quiet streets, space and a genuine sense of arrival over buzzy nightlife, Belgravia is hard to beat.

The neighbourhood is built around Belgrave Square and Eaton Square, two of London's grandest garden squares, ringed by embassies and white-stucco terraces.

Nearby sit Sloane Square, Harrods and the boutiques of Motcomb Street, while Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and the museums of South Kensington are all within an easy walk.

Start with coffee and pastries on Elizabeth Street, then wander the boutiques and florists before lunch at one of Belgravia's many neighbourhood restaurants.

Afternoons are made for Hyde Park and the Serpentine, gallery-hopping in nearby South Kensington, or the antiques and design showrooms of Pimlico Road. Evenings stay refined — think candlelit dining rooms and members' clubs rather than crowds.

Belgravia is exceptionally well connected. Victoria station (Underground, National Rail and the Gatwick Express) sits on its eastern edge, with Sloane Square, Knightsbridge and Hyde Park Corner tube stations all within a short walk.

The City and West End are both around 15 minutes away, and Heathrow is a straight run on the Piccadilly line from nearby Knightsbridge.

Luxury student accommodation in London with Student Luxe starts from £750 per week. The exact price depends on the size, amenities and location of the apartment. Studio apartments start at £750 per week, a one-bedroom in Marylebone might be £1,400 per week, and a three-bedroom penthouse in Covent Garden overlooking the main Piazza can reach £5,000 per week. Tell us your budget and our team will guide you through the best options.

All bills are included in our rates. Utilities, council tax, Wi-Fi, weekly housekeeping and linen are all covered in one weekly price. There are no hidden extras and no additional fees.

Our standard minimum stay is 21 nights. The average length of stay is between 6 and 9 months, with semester stays from September to June being our most common booking pattern.

Our London apartments are concentrated in Central London (Covent Garden, Mayfair, Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Holborn, Bloomsbury), all within walking distance of London's major universities. We also have properties in highly desirable areas like Kensington, Chelsea and Notting Hill.

The best area depends on which university you are attending. Bloomsbury and Fitzrovia are ideal for UCL, SOAS and Birkbeck. Holborn and Covent Garden suit LSE and King's College London. Marylebone and Mayfair work well for UCL, King's and Imperial commutes. Kensington and Chelsea are the closest residential areas for Imperial College London and the Royal College of Music. All our locations are within walking distance or a short Tube ride of central London universities.

Yes — international students make up a large share of our guests. We do not require UK guarantors, UK credit checks or UK references, which makes us a straightforward option for students arriving from overseas. Bookings can be made entirely remotely, and our team can guide you through the process in your timezone. Payments can be split into up to four instalments.

Not at all. While we started out hosting students looking for more space and flexibility than traditional accommodation, we also host working professionals, corporate clients and medical stays. Anyone seeking a high-quality, fully-managed London apartment of 3 weeks or more is welcome.

Yes. Many of our London bookings are made by parents. Select Parent or guardian as your purpose of stay when enquiring and our team will guide you through the process. We do not require UK guarantors or credit checks, and payments can be split into up to four instalments.

Yes. All Student Luxe apartments come fully furnished with hotel-standard bedding and linen, fully-equipped kitchens with pots, pans, cutlery and glassware, and everything you need to move straight in. Just bring yourself.

Yes. Weekly housekeeping is included with every Student Luxe stay, covering cleaning, fresh linen for the bedroom and fresh towels and toiletries for the bathroom. At some of our most high-end residences, housekeeping is scheduled every 2-3 days.

If you cancel less than 30 days before your check-in date, the first 90 days of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel after checking in, the break clause applies from the 90th night onwards, and up to 28 nights' rent may be chargeable. If you're unsure, just ask us and we'll walk you through it. Building-specific cancellation policies may apply, and we will always guide you through this and discuss your options.

Yes. We accommodate summer stays, although rates during this period are the highest in the city.

Some apartments require a security deposit and some do not. This will be confirmed during your conversations with our reservations team. Where a deposit is required, it is managed by an independent third party (usually the Deposit Protection Service).
