Can international students rent an apartment in the USA without a US guarantor or credit history?
Yes. Standard US rentals usually ask for a US credit score, a social security number and a co-signer, which most international students don't have. None of our apartments require any of them. You secure your booking with a down payment and pay the rest in flexible instalments, more like booking a hotel than signing a lease.

Yes to both. Every apartment comes fully furnished with linen, towels and a fitted kitchen, so you arrive with just your luggage. Electricity, water and Wi-Fi are wrapped into one all-inclusive price, no utility accounts to set up and no surprise bills in a foreign currency.
Can I book for a semester, summer program or academic year?
Yes. Unlike standard US leases, which usually lock you into 12 months, our apartments are arranged around your course dates: a single semester, a summer program, an academic year or longer. Tell us your dates and we'll match you with buildings that fit.
