Our apartments are modern and spacious - not at all like your typical student accommodation.
Each residence is vetted for suitability. There are no shared kitchen or bathroom facilities - guests have access to their own, entire private apartment.
All apartments come ready to move-in - with all furniture, cutlery, linen, towels & bedding. All bills are included, with high-speed Wi-Fi & everything else set up for your convenience.

Booking with us is like booking an extended stay in a hotel but with more competitive pricing, more space, and kitchen facilities.

While each apartment building will have varying amenities - guests can enjoy facilities like 24 hour receptions, gyms, and swimming pools at some of our properties.
All stays come with housekeeping and a maid service schedule - unless you opt out.
We keep your place staying fresh, so you can keep your mind on your studies.
The apartments are fully move-in ready, with Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and heating all included. Just unpack and connect to Wi-Fi to begin your new chapter.

Book a stay from 3 months up to 1 year. No credit checks or payment guarantors required - and definitely no fixed 12 month rental contracts!

Subject to availability, we are also able to move guests to other apartments in our portfolio if your requirements or preferences change.
Our prices are inclusive of all bills, utilities & taxes. Some apartments will require a security deposit - but that’s fully refundable upon check-out.
