I love this block, it’s one we’ve worked with for a few years now, but still nothing beats it for me. The building is pure class.
The penthouse in particular is very special. Set over three floors, with two superb private terraces. Top spec kitchen and bathrooms. It’s got to be my top choice out of our stock.

Carnaby Residences is my sort of property – full of charm, character, and effortless style.
Set on the upper floors of a beautiful Soho townhouse, it features high ceilings, gorgeous mid-century furniture, and some seriously luxe amenities: wine fridge, 4K SmartTVs, walk-in showers, and sleek en-suites.
The generous wardrobe space is a huge bonus too, perfect for long stays or anyone (like me) who travels with a bit too much.

Stefan’s favourite: Harlequin Suites
These bright and spacious 2-bed apartments are the definition of luxury and give a strong feeling of homeliness with their cosy furnishings and comforting interiors.
One feature I love about the property is the amount of natural light it lets in – it lifts your mood and gives the property a positive vibe, making it feel bright all year around (even when it's overcast out).

King’s Cross
Rongrong’s favourite: Coal Drops Yard Residences
I highly recommend a 1-bed at Coal Drops Yard Residences.
It’s ultra-modern, beautifully designed, and packed with luxury perks like a pool, spa, and rooftop gardens. The 60m² layout feels bright and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows and high-end finishes.
Located in King’s Cross, one of London’s trendiest neighbourhoods, it also has 24-hour concierge and is just minutes from Central Saint Martins – perfect for students or creatives.

Fitzrovia Eco House is where it’s at.

They’re a stylish, homely alternative to a hotel, fully serviced and thoughtfully curated for comfort, function, and sustainability.
Whether it’s for a short stay or something longer, it’s luxury living with a lighter footprint, right in the heart of Fitzrovia.

Mo’s favourite: The Lincoln’s Inn Collection
The Lincoln’s Inn Collection is one of my absolute favourites – charming, elegant, and incredibly well-located.
Set in a beautiful Victorian building with park views, it offers rare London perks like outdoor space, lift access, and a smart layout that truly feels like home. It’s peaceful yet central, and the personal support you get really sets it apart. I’d confidently give it a 10/10.

If I had to choose one property to live in, it would be The Clerkenwell Residences.
These luxury apartments are everything I look for in a property. They’re bright, spacious, and boast some wonderful features like a terrace and beautiful marble effect interiors. I especially love their floor to ceiling windows and the amount of light they let in. A dream home, for sure!
