All bills are included in our rates - utilities, taxe d'habitation, Wi-Fi, weekly housekeeping and linen are all covered in one monthly price. There are no hidden extras.
It really depends on the size, amenities and arrondissement. While studio apartments start from €3,000 per month, a Haussmannian three-bedroom apartment with a terrace in the 7th or 8th arrondissement could command €15,000+ per month. Our standard minimum stay is 30 nights. Our average length of stay is between 3 and 12 months, with many guests extending once they've settled in.
Our Paris apartments are concentrated in the most prestigious central arrondissements - Saint-Germain (6e, 7e), Le Marais (3e, 4e), the Champs-Élysées (8e) and Trocadéro (16e). We also have a curated selection in the 1er, 2e, 9e and 17e, alongside select properties in residential pockets like Passy and Saint-Honoré.

No. Unlike the traditional Paris rental market, we do not require a French guarantor (garant), a dossier of payslips, or proof of three times the rent in monthly income. This makes us a particularly strong option for international professionals, families relocating to Paris, and expats who don't have established French financial records.
Yes - corporate and relocation stays are a significant part of our Paris bookings. Whether it's a single executive on assignment, a relocating family, or a wider team, we can accommodate one-off and ongoing requirements. We invoice directly, work with relocation agents and travel managers, and our Paris team is experienced in handling complex corporate booking processes.
Yes. All Student Luxe apartments come fully furnished with hotel-standard bedding and linen, fully-equipped kitchens with pots, pans, cutlery and glassware, and everything you need to move straight in. Just bring yourself.
Yes. Weekly housekeeping is included with every Student Luxe stay, covering cleaning, fresh linen for the bedroom and fresh towels and toiletries for the bathroom. At some of our most high-end residences, it is every 2-3 days.
If you cancel less than 30 days before your check-in date, the first 90 days of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel after checking in, the break clause applies from the 90th night onwards - up to 28 nights' rent may be chargeable. If you're unsure, just ask us and we'll walk you through it. Building-specific cancellation policies may apply - we will always guide you through this and discuss your options.
Yes - we accommodate stays during peak periods including Paris Fashion Week (Womenswear in February and September, Menswear in January and June), Haute Couture Week, Salon du Cheval and major sporting events. Rates during these periods are the highest of the year and availability moves quickly - we recommend enquiring 3-6 months in advance for the best options.
Some apartments require a security deposit and some do not - this will be confirmed during your conversations with our reservations team. Where a deposit is required, it is managed by an independent third party and refunded at the end of your stay subject to a standard inventory check.
