About the 15th Arr. of Paris
The 15th arrondissement is one of the best places to live near the Eiffel Tower, offering the perfect balance of convenience and calm. Located beside the 7th arrondissement, it’s just a short walk from Champ de Mars and the Tower, yet far enough to avoid the heavy tourist crowds.
This area is residential and authentic, full of local bakeries, traditional markets like Marché Grenelle, and cozy cafés. It also has generous green spaces such as Parc André Citroën and Parc Georges Brassens, making it especially appealing for families, joggers, and anyone who enjoys outdoor leisure.
Well connected by metro lines, buses, and Montparnasse station, the 15th makes traveling across Paris simple. Its neighborhoods range from lively La Motte-Picquet Grenelle to quieter, more affordable Convention and Vaugirard. Altogether, it combines Parisian charm, everyday comfort, and proximity to the city’s most iconic landmark.
