Yes. Weekly housekeeping is included with every Student Luxe stay, covering cleaning, fresh linen for the bedroom and fresh towels and toiletries for the bathroom.
If you cancel less than 30 days before your check-in date, the first 90 days of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel after checking in, the break clause applies from the 90th night onwards, and up to 28 nights' rent may be chargeable. If you're unsure, just ask us and we'll walk you through it. Building-specific cancellation policies may apply, and we will always guide you through this and discuss your options.
Yes. London is our most popular summer destination, with summer school students, interns and visiting researchers staying between June and September. Summer availability around Shoreditch and Aldgate East fills quickly, so we recommend enquiring early.
Some apartments require a security deposit and some do not. This will be confirmed during your conversations with our reservations team. Where a deposit is required, it is managed by an independent third party (usually the Deposit Protection Service).
