The best area depends on your priorities. Fitzrovia and Marylebone put you minutes from the Regent Street, Marylebone and Cavendish campuses, all within a few minutes' walk of Oxford Circus. Soho and Mayfair offer a livelier pace with excellent transport links. Bloomsbury and Camden offer strong value with quick Northern and Central line connections. Students based at the Harrow campus are well served by apartments near Marylebone station, which runs direct Chiltern Railways trains to Harrow-on-the-Hill in around 15 minutes.

Yes. Weekly housekeeping is included with every Student Luxe stay, covering cleaning, fresh linen for the bedroom and fresh towels and toiletries for the bathroom.
If you cancel less than 30 days before your check-in date, the first 90 days of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel after checking in, the break clause applies from the 90th night onwards, and up to 28 nights' rent may be chargeable. If you're unsure, just ask us and we'll walk you through it. Building-specific cancellation policies may apply, and we will always guide you through this and discuss your options.
Yes. London is our most popular summer destination, with summer school students, interns and visiting researchers staying between June and September. Summer availability in central areas like Fitzrovia and Marylebone is limited, so we recommend enquiring early.
Some apartments require a security deposit and some do not. This will be confirmed during your conversations with our reservations team. Where a deposit is required, it is managed by an independent third party (usually the Deposit Protection Service).
