We make student safety a priority.
We know that security is the number one concern of parents and students - so we’ve made it ours too. All apartments have a 24 hour emergency contact for complete peace of mind, and a dedicated point of contact throughout the duration of your stay.
Many of our serviced apartments have receptions or concierges in the lobby. We also have apartments with security guards and CCTV. All of our spaces are private & secure. Most of our apartments are located in busy, central locations where safety shouldn’t be an issue.
Flexible contracts
No need to commit to a long-term contract.
It's not uncommon for other providers to demand a 1-year minimum commitment. With our serviced apartments, guests can decide how long they want to stay - whether that's for a few weeks or a few years. You only pay for the number of nights you choose.

As a collective of former international students, we understand how stressful and scary it can be moving to a new country or city - especially from abroad. We aim to remove some stress from the equation by prepping your new home before you arrive.
All apartments come freshly cleaned, fully-furnished, with equipped kitchens and WIFI already setup. Expect an ongoing weekly maid service with bed linens, towels, replenished toiletries, coffee pods & more.

A stress-free booking process with no admin.
Traditional student accommodation and apartment rental usually requires a lot of admin - especially for international students and those coming from abroad.
With our booking process, there’s absolutely no need for payment guarantors. Guests can pay in instalments and all utility bills (e.g. maintenance, internet, etc) are included. You will never be subjected to any hidden charges or additional paperwork.
No distractions
Focus on yourself - live with no distractions.
All of our apartments are private - with the only communal spaces being the amazing on-site facilities like fitness suites, co-working spaces, swimming pools, etc. This means guests can concentrate on their studies without having to worry about the potential for unwelcome noise or disruptive flatmates.
With all bills included, weekly cleaning and locations in close proximity to universities - guests’ immediate needs are catered for. We want guests to achieve their true potential while staying with us.

Our extensive stock of serviced apartments and established relationships in the industry allow us to move fast & secure bookings smoothly on our guests’ behalf - often with little to no notice.
Plans in the student world can change very quickly, and there’s often a large degree of hassle and/or stress involved. This is where we come in. Additionally, guests staying with other accommodation providers who are unhappy with their existing accommodation and fancy an upgrade to one of our apartments are very much welcome to enquire to see how we can help.
