    Every apartment comes ready to move in, with all furniture, cutlery, linen, towels and bedding. Simply bring your luggage and begin your new chapter.

  • Hotel-style amenities

    Booking with us is like an extended hotel stay, with more competitive pricing, more space and your own kitchen. Amenities vary by building: some offer 24-hour reception, gyms and swimming pools.

  • Housekeeping & maintenance

    All stays include housekeeping on a regular schedule, unless you opt out. We keep your place fresh, so your mind stays on your studies.

  • Wi-Fi & utilities set up

    High-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water and heating are all included and already running. Just unpack and connect.

  • Flexible lengths of stay

    Stay from 3 months up to a year. No credit checks, no payment guarantors and no fixed 12-month contracts. Subject to availability, we can even move you to another apartment in our portfolio if your plans change.

  • All-inclusive pricing

    One price covering all bills, utilities and taxes. Some apartments ask for a security deposit, fully refundable at check-out provided the apartment is free of damage beyond fair wear and tear.

  • Easy booking process

  • Impartial advice & guidance

    Unlike instant-booking platforms, we take the time to understand your needs before recommending a home. No admin fees, no hidden costs, and if we can't secure you a place, you won't pay a penny.

    A dedicated account manager, ongoing support and a 5-star guest experience. Some buildings add on-call maintenance, concierge and security teams.
